In order to help comply with any new links of 'UK' legistration: 'Art-Life-Coaching' e-Coaching Group (online) activities will be promoted to 'grown ups' (including: 'parents' and 'caregivers') with continued suitability for sharing within 'family groups', 'community groups' or 'educational groups' - as well as: 'individual e-group members' (and worldwide 'subscribers' [who are requested to: 'please adhere to any guidance required by their own country']). 


'Art-Life-Coaching' video workshops for 'grown ups' are 'kid friendly' and will continue to be shared on 'Youtube'. It is always recommended that 'grown ups: select, view and check any video workshops - before sharing/viewing with 'young learners' ...

This week's  'Colour-IN' is called, 'International Cat Day' - and I encourage you to:

1) 'Colour-IN' (please use whatever 'art materials' you have - although: 'pencil crayons or pastels' would look great, too).



How will you complete your 'Colour-IN'?

The 'African Wildcat' is the 'feline' creature that 'all cats can be traced back to'!


A little online 'research' led me to discover that: although the 'African Wildcat' gained it's status as a welcomed 'graceful' creature in support of 'rodent control' and 'companionship in 'ancient Eygpt' (over 3,000 years ago) - its status as a 'domesticated' creature began before then (where they were embraced by those who 'farmed' land [in the 'middle-east']). 

Further reading also suggests that: the 'African Wildcat' began its journey towards 'self domestication' because of the ongoing 'abundant food sources' (which also helped to 'prevent the spread of rodents') often found in 'human settlements'.


The 'inclusion' of 'African Wildcats', within 'journeys of migration, to far lands' served to ensure their welcomed presence as they continued to protect 'human food supplies' (in both 'settlements' and when 'aboard ships' [as their 'distribution extended further' with the support of the 'Vikings']) ...

A 'cat'  strolled into the garden, 'sat down' and then positioned itself 'ready to sleep (in the 'shade') today ,,,
